Interview
First interview was a 20 min phone interview with three junior bankers. Second interview was an in-person with three individual 30 min interviews with a VP, the COO, and an associate, in that order.
Interview Questions
Most of the questions were behavioral, so nothing was too challenging. I had some heads up notice that I would need to demonstrate my interest in tech, so becoming conversational in specific verticals in tech and some of the relevant companies and M&A considerations was probably the most challenging aspect of the interview. Currently, we do tend to ask more on the technical side, and applicants should be prepared to walk through the typical valuation process for early and growth stage technology companies.

Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen where I was simply asked to tell the interviewer about myself and why I was interested in investment banking (really easy). Next, I went to the office for a in person interview, which consisted of one 2 on 1 interview and one 1 on 1 interview, both of which were very straightforward and easy. No technical questions and the only question that was asked of me was qalk me through your resume and again why banking.
Interview Questions
There wasn't really a difficult question, but of the two asked one was the typical "tell me about yourself".

Networked with the firm's analysts for a period of 2 months. After finally getting through first round (fit questions) then I was asked for a second round (technical and fit). Finally, I went in for a in office interview. There I showed my capabilities to perform by describing each of my accomplished results. Then I meet the COO to discuss what I would be doing and how much time it will take. However, after completing a homework assignment which they told me was thorough, I was rejected.
