Have been in the Sales&Trading Emerging Markets Fixed income space for a little under a decade. I was acquainted with the company and management from during my tenor with my previous employer. The company has exhibited progressive growth over the years and the level of hires matched Ivy League / Street bank criteria so was happy to accept the interview. My background necessitated that i prove to the future employer that i will continue my positive track record within my new workplace environment. We went through a business plan type of set of questions that reflected my succcess in developing the business at my previous post. Following, i shared my plans as to how to develop the desk with them. All in all the interview questions were challenging but i got the posn. The current environment is challenging but it matches my character fully. And hey.. you get to do what you love by the beach in Cyprus... !!
