Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very disjointed. You meet with most of the group (down to analysts). There are no technical questions and it is essentially based on fit. Interview was secured after submitting an online application. They are big on having a bulge bracket background and don't like to hire analysts out of college - prefer to have a couple of years experience in IB or a related field.
