Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There are several rounds of interviews. First you will meet with a manager and will discuss you background, why you applied for the job, and what makes you a good candidate. Then, you will go over the results from the virtual job tryout that is a part of the application - be prepared to defend your results. Afterwards you meet with a senior manager who ultimately decides whether or not you get to interview with various teams who are in need. If approved you then go on to meet with different teams with different needs. They will try to determine if you fit their exact needs and may no accept you for no apparent reason.
