Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was relatively standard, and very quick since for this position they were opportunistically filling a vacated spot. First step was screening call with one of the mid level investment professionals, with basic behavioral questions. Next steps were a few phone call interviews with some of the other members of the investment team. No hard technical skills were required, but they were looking for hard work, good attitude, and basic understanding of financial accounting and investment principles, for a job that was mostly going to be performance reporting for their fund investing.
