Overall, I had three interviews. The first was a phone interview with HR to assess background and fit with a standard questionnaire. The second interview was in-person (1-on-1) with 4 managers. The third interview was another set of in-person interviews with 4 different people. Questions were largely behavioral and fit based. Very few technical questions. All but one person came off as friendly. In general, the Morristown location seems to lack energy. Be comfortable with your resume and experiences that relate to the position.
