I originally applied through an online job posting. I initially had a phone interview with their associate and then was brought in to speak with the associate and MD in person. I was then brought back in again to meet with the MD who is not based in Chicago. After meeting with the team I was then asked to put together a sample pitch book for a public company (had industry overview, positioning, and valuation section) as well as an executive summary. In total the process took 1-2 months and involved me visiting their office numerous times.
