Interview
The process started off with a phone interview with Human Resources. Approximately a week after this initial interaction I was brought in to interview with the operations department. Every level from analyst to EVP was in the group interview, then one on ones with the higher ups. This was all in a single day. Seemed like they cared more about how I would fit in, but there was a timed excel test. Offer was communicated by HR later on that week.
