Interview Questions
Nothing was really too difficult. It was a small team so they were mostly worried about fit in the company and your desire to grow and learn. They wanted to see how I could work within a team, meet deadlines, as well as would it be enjoyable to work with me every day given that it was such a close knit group. There were a few questions about how I would go about managing a project just to get a gauge on my time management and preparation skills but all in all it was nothing too tough. Knowing your resume well helps also.
