The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
The face to face interview was a case study. I was given 1 hour to prepare and then presented to 2 assessors.
Interview Questions
Why did you choose this fund out of the 3 choices you were given? (was given 3 funds to choose from, one was an EMD fund, one was a European equities fund and one was a UK based tracker fund)
Tell me about what you know about the market right now. What is going on in the market?
After I answered that with some indexes to back my points, I was then asked by one of the assessors: "I don't know any of those data you just said. I don't know for example what the PMI is in Europe right now, but I still do my job fine. So what is the point of you knowing it?"

I interviewed up-until the video interview stage, so the questioned were all competency based. However, they are not like anything normal. For example:
1. Do you prefer to analyze information broadly or deeply and why?
2. What are the positives/drawbacks of working in a team and which do you prefer?
3. What is an activity that you find demotivating and why?
4. What is your biggest fear? Why?
5. If you were to see something unethical, what would your reaction to this be? Would you challenge this?
