Since the office is so small, the main focus is fit. That is obviously the easy part...but then they send you home with a case study. And that is the actual hard part of the interview.
Interview Questions
They ask questions on every single point on your resume. But nothing is very difficult. Again, its all about the case study you are sent home with.

It was definitely an interesting and informative process. The process only consisted of a brief phone interview with the owner/founder, who essentially just asked you about your resume and what you're interested in. The group interview was more or less the same thing, except it was an in person interview with the team.
