Applied online and received two first-round interviews on campus. First-round interviews were typical "tell me about yourself" and then they described the company. A week later received a second-round super day at the Bethesda HQ. There was one case study and a few technical questions, but mostly questions on background and getting a sense of fit. Heard back about a month later that I got the offer.
