As with any post-MBA PE position, the recruiting process is heavily networking focused. The fund also recruits at Wharton & Harvard. Few alums from the schools go here.

Interview process was comprehensive and competitive. Asked to walk through experience, asked technical questions etc.

Asked to walk through investment ideas and why you would pick them. Follow-up questions also included considerations related to the business model and general questions around what makes investments good.
