Interview
Began with a 30-minute one-on-one interview on campus consisting only of behavioral questions. Then was called in for a superday about a month later, where I met with 3-4 employees.
Interview Questions
How to value an in-house technology that gave this particular hedge fund an edge over its competitors, and what would be the best way to go about selling this technology to other companies that may be interested in the product? Would you sell it to other competitors? How much should we sell it for? What would be the best way of selling it to other companies?

Where can/should this mail service cut costs, which has operations in NYC, Texas, and online?

Why do you want to work for Millennium? / Tell me about yourself.

Interview
1-on-1 interview on campus. Mostly fit questions. Then super-day in NY offices. Fit as well, but some technicals tested
Interview Questions
Asked what had been happening in the markets for the past three days - biggest winners and losers. Then asked about interest rate environment particularly for small cap stocks. Otherwise, interview process was mostly fit which was surprising as I was expecting technicals to be tough. Mostly "situational" questions, meaning "tell me about a time when you..." or "imagine you were...". Overall, I found the interview process to be seamless, but I was surprised to have to wait 2-3 weeks to hear back regarding an offer.

Interview
Applied initially through school's (non/semi target) job board in one click, a week later got an email from HR for a phone screen. Set me up with an alum and another young guy, very conversational interview. No actual "interview" questions, just a normal conversation about sports, bars, and overview of role. Got an email for a superday a week later where I met the two guys and their boss, same vibe as before.
Interview Questions
No actually difficult questions, made a small hypothetical scenario and asked how I would hypothetically model it, which was no problem at all. Just there to see my thought process. A few unexpected questions like whats my favorite bar on campus and why, what sports teams and why, who's gonna take over the iron throne. Everything was extremely conversational and it barely even seemed like an interview, more like a coffee talk with the team I was interviewing over. Overall, pretty easy process for fit.

Interview
A lot of brainteasers (heard on the street stuff)
Questions around the statements (how the three are linked)
Impact of asset acquisition in the three statements
Merger impact - dilution/accretion etc
Motivations (why HF, why L/S Equity, why millennium)
Interview Questions
There was not a difficult question per se, in terms of the technical side of things.
The most difficult part was how aggressive the people taking the interview were. Didnt accept any answer and kept pushing back and digging deeper.

Interview
1) First round interview on campus, mostly behavioral
2) Simple IQ test and reasoning tests that were not all that difficult
3) One on one interview with group members in the office, i interviewed with maybe 5-6 different people - a mix of technical, behavioral
4) Very thorough background check, and a drug test
Interview Questions
There really weren't a ton of very difficult or unexpected questions because this was for a Generalist Summer Internship position. A lot of it was behavioral, fit questions, "how would you react/resolve an issue in a given situation" type of questions. A few questions about why this position, why Millennium questions. There were a few technical or market related questions as well. But nothing was terribly difficult nor required a ton of technical knowledge - because as mentioned, this was a summer internship position.
