Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online through their website. The first OA that I had with Millennium was a personality test (Rank how much you relate to certain scenarios). The first interview that I had with them was a behavioral where they asked fundamental questions like "Why Millennium?". I was interviewed by 2 members of the team that I was applying to which was a pleasant surprise considering the size of the firm. I am currently in the hiring process and I am waiting to hear back about what the rest of the application process will consist of,
