Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview covered basic technicals of valuation, financial analysis, and accounting. IT was a relatively small shop so the employees stressed the importance of being comfortable working in a flat team. I was asked a few fit questions about my teamwork style. I was also asked to provide my view on the progression of mid market M&A, as most clients Mirus deals with are smaller private companies. Overall, the interview was pretty easy and a stress free, short process.
