Interview
Phone interview was mostly behavioral. The 1:1 consisted of reviewing a case that was sent 3-5 days ago.
Interview Questions
The case involved figuring out how many people in Chicago were sent flowers on Valentine's day. They asked difficult follow-up questions on the case, probing for your problem-solving and analytical skills. It was difficult because it was unexpected, and I had chosen numbers that were difficult to run estimates on in the moment. If you prepare for market sizing questions though, you shouldn't have any problems. You should just be confident and make sure you have prepared with some math drills/sample market sizing questions online.
