Posted listing with school's career center, but applied throught MITIMCo and MIT's hiring portal. Heard back in about 6 weeks, with a date for a phone call in the late afternoon.
Interview had no technical questions. Didn't have any behavioral either. Instead questions were unconventional. Shouldn've been better prepared for the unconventional questions. Went over the 15-20min time, probably delayed the interviewer which didn't help my chances.
