Interview
I interviewed on campus for 1st round and had 2 interviewers from Leveraged Capital Market and IB. They are analyst/associate level.
Interview Questions
In your opinion, what will cause the next recession, and when would that be?
The rest of the questions are all technical but rather standard. Like what are the four valuation methods used, things about the three statements like if you're on an island with only one statement which would that be.
Because this is an on campus interview, there's a lot of other people I knew, but they all got rather behavirol questions. I'm the only one who's got tons of technicals, and I'm assuming it's because I didn't have finance background and they wanted to see if I'm devoted.

First is the on-campus interview then there will be on-site super day. Heard back pretty quickly, and interviewer was pretty nice.
Interview Questions
First went through the resume, and asked questions about the resume. Nothing too difficult, mostly market questions, and questions about your interests and hobbies. Questions are like ECB QE policy's impact on the fixed income and equities of the United States, and both long term and short term impact. And no stock pitch questions and no brain teasers. Very patient interviewer and was willing to answer your questions. Learned a lot after the interview. Also reply your follow up email promptly.

Interview
Applied online, received invitation to interview relatively quickly. Had a skype video interview with a VP and Director 2-on-1. Did well, received invite to Superday, but turned it down as I had accepted another offer.
Interview Questions
Asked about resume, why MUFG, why CIB.Which specific CIB area I was interested in (look online there are like 10 areas)
The hardest questions were based off my resume (had an O&G internship), started asking me about recent O&G events and how O&G prices will affect the markets. Then asked how the Fed and the O&G prices policy will be. Then a couple more questions regarding that. Wouldn't expect this though, but do know that O&G prices are wonky and Fed has been trying to taper.

Interview
1st Round - On campus with HR then a weird, unscheduled 15 min chat with someone in Risk
2nd Round - Received the email for superday 3 weeks later (very odd). Attended a "networking session" the night before and had a 30min panel interview with 12 people. Yep, you had to give a presentation on some "current event" and 12 people were listening, asking me questions and rating me. Overall, fairly non-technical and they were looking for behavioral fit as well as enthusiasm to work at the firm
