Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After completing the online application I was asked to complete an online numerical test. It was harder than usual. Then I was invited to their office to do 2x30min 1-to-1 interviews with VPs, which I did over Skype instead. Finally, I was invited to attend an assessment centre which consisted of preparing 1h for a presentation, then presenting it and doing 45 min of interviewing with 2 MDs. Offer given 5 days later.
