Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was quite quick with a two-week turnaround for — this is when lateralling for an analyst. Started with a first phone round interview / networking chat with the second round a little more technical. Then had a modeling test and another technical interview. Last round was a super day with VPs and up and a final interview with the group head. Technical rounds were quite complex and included industry-specific questions. EDs asked me a brainteaser I had never heard of before.
