Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pretty tech heavy compared to most SA interviews.
30 min of case prep (Balfour merger with Carillion), deck with board statements, news articles,etc. provided.
30 min 1on1 case discussion afterwards.
Second interview was purely competency based, i.e. standard questions (why banking, why us, walk me through resume, etc.). Nice people and fairly relaxed interviews.
