Investment Banking Associate

I reached out to the recruiter who had handled my (target) school's summer associate recruiting process, and she immediately organized a first-round interview for the next week. This interview was with two VPs and was essentially a technical screen.

Two days later I received an email with an invite to a superday the following week. The superday included two conversations with MDs, thirty minutes to read a case study, and then thirty minutes to review the case study with an ED.

I was called the next morning and informed that I would not be getting an offer.
