Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Had two zooms and then an in person superday. Mix of heavy technicals, classic behaviorals, and stuff like "pitch me a stock" / "walk me through an M&A deal". Know your stuff for merger math (accretion dilution), LBOs, advanced accounting, and valuation methods. I prepped for RX questions but never got asked any. I prepared like my life depended on it. You will likely fail if you don't go in with the same mentality. Put everything aside and make the most of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
