What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two different 30-minute interviews. One technical and one behavioral. Technical started off easy but start to push your knowledge once they know you are capable of the basics. The behavior was very conversational including the standard questions (TMAY, Why IB, Why Moelis, and walk me through an M&A process). Other than that, 1/3rd of the interview was for questions.
