Summer Analyst

The process began with a standard resume drop to my on-campus recruiting center. Following that, I was notified that I had been selected for a first-round interview, on campus. This round consisted of one 30-minute, two-on-one interview, with an MD and a VP, and was mostly fit. For the last 15 minutes, I was more or less leading the interview. Later that day, I was called back for the final round of interviews, which were to take place a week later in NYC. (My travel was coordinated and paid for by the firm.) The final round consisted of 2 30-minute, two-on-one interviews (VP & assoc.) and were probably 25% fit and 75% technical. Later that day, I was extended an offer. Throughout the entire process, I was very impressed with the people, the office, and the work culture.
