Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pretty straightforward fit and technical interviews - 2 rounds, half an hour each. People were friendly, open, laid back, straightforward, and honest. Turnaround is very efficient - heard back regarding first and final rounds within 24 hours. Technical questions aim to test your understanding and ability to reason, and not how much of the WSO/M&I/Vault guides you've managed to memorize. It's pretty evident throughout the whole process that they're looking for solid, competent people who will like the company and like doing the work. This is hiring done right...not sure why the BBs turn it into such a weird contrived game every year.
