Please describe the interview / hiring process.
We applied through our school's on campus system and then received interview notifications within a week. We had first rounds on campus and were called the same day for super day interviews which were in the office in NYC at the end of the week. Superday was very easy, 2 interviews with one 2 on 1 and one 1 on 1. Technical-ish, small amount of behavioral and fit based questions. People were nice, not the stereotype that WSO seems to portray about Moelis. They were able to gauge our abilities in only 2 interviews.
