Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview process involved brain teasers as well as a paper LBO. First round was phone interview to discuss fit and background. Second round consisted of superday, the superday had three meetings each with two interviewers. This culminated in meeting with a senior partner. The firm was very inquisitive about other processes and "why investment banking?". Following the interview, I waited one week to find out that I had a summer offer. One month later I had a drug test.
