Please describe the interview / hiring process.
We applied through the university's recruiting system and were able to interact with a few people from Moelis through the firm's internal recruiting system. Got selected for a first round interview, which was on campus. It was a fairly normal interview, no weird questions and chill vibe - but I could tell that they were testing me well and were hella smart. Repeat process for the superday (Only 2 out of 28 interviews received it) and it was very chill, 2 interviews back to back, which is really as short as it can get. They can gauge your abilities quickly.
