Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a very fast process. I had a 30 minute first round phone interview on a Tuesday, which consisted of primarily technical questions. I found out I had a final round interview the same Friday, which consisted of an in-person 30 minute behavioral interview with 2 individuals and a 30 minute technical interview with 2 individuals. Overall, the process was very straightforward: walk me through your resume, why Moelis, why New York, what do you do for fun, etc.
