Summer Analyst

I had a senior employee refer me for an interview. The process started with a phone interview with an analyst and associate that was extremely technical. I heard back the next day that I was invited to the superday. The next day was the superday in the office, it consisted of 4 interviews (3 two-on-one technical interviews and 1 one-on-one interview with an MD). I heard back within 30 minutes of leaving the office. The whole process lasted three days from the first interview to getting the call.
