Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Went through accelerated recruiting through a high-up connection. 1st round interview was a phone interview that was fairly easy - started with a tell me about yourself and then basic valuation questions on the four methodologies (DCF, precedents, trading, LBO). Second / final round was a super day with two associates and then two VPs. Questions were regarding my deal experience and there was on quantitative question with calculating share price with net income and equity value.
