Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Participated in the accelerated diversity recruiting pipeline by attending YLDP. There was one behavioral phone interview to get into the program (late February). YLDP lasted for 2 days, and was followed 1-2 weeks later with the first round phone interview (mostly technical), and 1 week later I had the Superday (half hour interviews back to back). Offer was received the night of the superday via phone call, and this process wrapped up around mid-late March.
