Early November: Attended EIS - Learned about Moelis, hiring process, and summer program.
Late November: Two coffee chats with current Moelis bankers. Chats focused on why IB/Why Moelis/Why not Bulge Bracket, as well as basic get to know you questions.
December: Was invited to a first round interview for NY Office
January: First Round Interview - Standard IB interview questions around valuation methodology, WACC, DCF, pitchbooks, merger math.
Invited to Superday, consisted of 3 interviews, 1 hour for a case presentation (30 mins to review material alone, 30 mins presenting), 2 30 minute behavioral interviews digging into why IB/Why Moelis/My Personality.
