Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had networked with an associate. Got in touch when I heard they were hiring. Had first round phone interview with an analyst. Fairly technical, covered LBO modeling, drivers of LBO returns, etc. Then came in for in person interviews. Met with almost everyone at the firm over the course of three additional rounds. Interviews were a mix of fit and technical, and were fairly technical. One interview involved a back of the envelope valuation case study.
