Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went through campus recruiting and submitted an application for their fall analyst position. The application just consisted of a cover letter and resume. I then got a phone interview which was pretty basic and asked the typical questions as well as some easy basic technical. I then got invited for an in person interview which was very focused on behavioral with one mild technical question but otherwise mostly behavioral. Its a small rising shop so there was more emphasis on fit with the firm and work ethic. I then had a group interview as well right after the one on one interview which was all behavioral and more focused on what I also wanted from the internship as well.
