Interview
Total of 3 interviews. One over the phone with HR, then another over the phone with a manager, and lastly a group interview with 2 managers and 2 senior analysts. Technical questions weren't too hard, but the process seemed intimidating at first.
Interview Questions
There weren't really that many difficult questions. They asked 6-8 questions about financial statements and a couple of behavioral questions. The hardest part of the interview was sitting with the MD of the team which was very intimidating due to how non-responsive he was. Some of the questions that I remember are, what's an off-balance sheet item, what are the new changes in the operating leases, what happens to all three financial statements when interest is repaid, and what is the most important financial statement.

Interview
Applied online and got an email back in regard to a phone interview about 2 weeks later, phone interview was 30 mins and was very technical. Went over my resume and a few behaviorals as well, but my interviewer wanted to know more about my previous experience so he asked a lot of technical questions relating to credit risk, financial statement analysis, analyzing a company's debt, etc.

Was invited back for the superday after another 2 weeks, but had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. Superday was one of the easiest superdays i've ever been a part of; it consisted of 2 30-min behavioral interviews with a group panel session where candidates could ask employers questions about their career, the firm, etc.
Interview Questions
"Why do you want to work in ratings?"
"Why do you want to work for this company?"
"What statement would you look at to figure out the liquidity of a company?"
"What ratios can you use to figure out a company's ability to pay off its debt?"
"explain how you use fundamental and technical analysis when deciding whether to go long or short on a stock"
"Explain what CMBS is and what effect ratings have on the interest yield."

Most of the questions were pretty easy and expected, there wasn't one question that caught me off guard.
