Interview Questions
Focused more on the tech sector rather than finance. Lots of questions about current trends in the market, current M&A deals that have taken place and what new start ups and tech companies were notable.

I was asked to broadly explain the M&A process through each step. What I thought were key attributes needed to do each step successfully.

Quite a lot of questions on my personality, background, what I enjoyed doing in free time etc. It was clear they were very concerned on your personality fitting with the company's.

Throughout the interview process, other questions asked were fit related questions, like how did you hear about our bank, and what about our bank interests you. There were less technical questions in the initial interview and market related questions.

Walk me through a dcf.
Walk me through a sell-side M&A process.
Generally, straightforward, mostly out of the guides. Other technicals that I don't remember the specifics of, but nothing to be stressed about. The guy was really nice - walked me through a few of the finer details of a technical that I struggled with.
