Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Required to attend Info Session at college. Applied on college's career website with resume and cover letter. Received first round interview, as notified by the career services of my school. 1st round consisted of one 30-minute interview with 2 analysts -- basic fit questions and some brain teasers. Notified the following day about second round interviews, which occurred at their office. For final rounds, got 2 30-minute interviews with Moses Ma (CEO) and another partner. 1/2 fit and 1/2 brainteasers with CEO, and mostly brainteasers with the other partner.
