The first interview was with HR, which was not particularly difficult. In the second interview, I was asked to do a company pitch. After that, there was a short case study, lasting a maximum of 30 minutes, where I had to comment on the financial statements, key ratios, and the company's financial situation. Following this, I was asked both basic and advanced questions on valuation and accounting. I was not required to build an LBO model; I was only asked to explain what it was.
