MR Valuation Consulting, LLC (MRV Consulting) is an independent valuation consulting firm providing quality valuations and appraisals and value related services to the US and international business communities. MRV Consulting was founded in January of 2000 and its corporate headquarters are located in Colts Neck, NJ. We have branch offices located in Miami, FL, Los Angeles, CA and New York City, NY. Our professionals are comprised of degreed engineers and designated appraisers who possess advanced degrees in engineering, business, accounting, finance, and law. Our consultants have a broad range of professional training and certifications in the valuation profession, including ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser), and MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute), allowing us to analyze both public and private company valuation issues. We are experienced in all facets of valuation and skilled at providing expert testimony.
