Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was great in terms of meeting people - by the end of the process, I had met basically everyone I would be working with that summer. Consisted of an initial HR phone screen with straightforward behaviorals, then had two rounds of in-person/video call interviews consisting of 1-2 people interviewing. First rounds were less technical, by the end of the process the questions turned more industry-focused - interest rate trends, industries I was interested in, basically trying to figure out how much I kept up with the markets and with the news. Everyone was extremely nice and intelligent - the interview process was super long but it allowed me to get to know the people I could potentially be working with.
