I applied through school career website. Knowing that the company will be looking at hundreds of resume, I decided to old call them directly. I was asked to come in for an interview right after the phone call.
Interview Questions
The interview questions are very straightforward. Since this is a entry level internship position, the company did not expect you to know in-depth knowledge of the industry. Very sample questions including: what is private equity? What is the mechanics behind leverage buy out? What methodology do private equity firms use to evaluate a target?

All of the questions are at a high level. Just make sure you have done your research of the company and have a good understanding of how private equity works.
