Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Mostly online. The first part is a ~35 min video interview that consisted mostly of behavioral questions, then a logical skills/personality test. Nothing too crazy. Then, there is an essay and later a "video synthesis" portion that requires you to respond to questions based off a ~20 min video. Finally, there is a Skype interview with a member of the management team.
