The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Got the interview from an employee referral, got an email from HR who set up a phone interview with an MD. Second round was a superday that consisted of 9 interviews, a writing sample, and an attention to detail test.
Interview Questions
Pretty typical behaviorals, with the strangest one probably what was the biggest challenge you've faced in the past 5 years.

Was also asked specifics about a deal I was on in the past, things like why would someone invest in that particular fund, what was a decision you made while working on the deal, what's the strongest selling point of that fund, etc.

They really let me do most of the talking and it seemed they wanted to see how I carried myself and how I sold myself. Interviews with juniors were all behavioral and super friendly.
