Two round process. First round was 30 minute behavioural and then 30 minute technical round. Fit was the largest focus for the team as well as the "Why" behind National Bank. The Super Day was 3 round in 2-on-1 format finished with technicals, behaviourals, and brain teasers. It was finished by a VP screening for fit/personality.
Interview Questions
Brain teasers that were not off the cusp (could find online but not the classic ones), wanted to see how you were able to perform under pressure.

You are in a room that has three switches and a closed door. The switches control three light bulbs on the other side of the door. Once you open the door, you may never touch the switches again. How can you definitively tell which switch is connected to each of the light bulbs?
