The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
First an on-campus interview. Relatively easy, simple behavioral questions that led to a phone interview. The phone interview was simply going over the resume again.
Interview Questions
All of the questions were pretty easy. This was an event planning position so some of the questions revolved around my experience planning large scale events. The interview also involves several of the basic questions like "tell me a little about yourself and why you want to work for National Instruments". National Instruments really focuses on their culture and how everyone sits in a cubicle, including the CEO. So stressing some of the culture related stuff is definitely good. Highlight the core values of the company and how it fits with your values.
