Interview
Very efficient process that consisted of an interview with the hiring manager, anther VP-level employee in a related group, and the MD overseeing the team. All questions seemed to be very fair for the role (no overly difficult technical questions or out-of-bounds behavioral/fit questions) and everyone I spoke with was very professional. The entire process lasted 1-2 months and there was regular communication with HR and the hiring manager as the process progressed.
