Interview
This is for the internship that will most likely lead to an offer at Nestle's FMP program. I applied online, 1 phone interview with recruiter, then 1 phone interview with a finance employee, then a Superday at Nestle USA HQ. Process was great, final Superday was great, overall great experience.
Interview Questions
1st phone interview: Describe a memorable experience you've had with food or a Nestle product?
Rest of the interview was just basic behaviorals.

2nd phone interview: More behaviorals, A bit more difficult. Cannot remember anything from top of my head, but the interviewer was diving a bit deeper into my experiences. So just know your resume and have plenty of talking points.

Superday: Three 30 min interviews. Honestly, they were all pretty much the same, going through the resume. Behaviorals.

Literally not even a single finance/accounting questions asked throughout the whole process.

Initial phone screen followed by another phone call for a second round interview, then a final round in headquarters. Super day consists of 3 back-to-back 2 on 1 interviews for 30 minutes each. Everything in behavioral, no technical. Basic questions about team, why Nestle, what do you want in your career.
Interview Questions
Nothing unexpected, they are all basic behavioral questions. It was definitely more based on fit and how you would fit in their culture. There were questions asked in one of the three interviews that would be asked again in another set so be sure to have enough examples for each behavioral question. There was a meet and greet the day before the final round where you could potentially talk to one of the people who will interview you the next day. They want to see how conversational you are and whether you can get along with people.

Interview
The interview/hiring process was kind of a stressful process because it did take a few months to occur. I first had a phone interview and they were able to get back to me relatively quick about having a second interview which was a behavioral Skype interview. The final interview was in California which consisted of multiple interviews throughout the day that were also behavioral.
Interview Questions
There really weren't any difficult or unexpected interview questions asked.
